Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (except Colorado residents) who have valid Internet access prior to the date that the Sweepstakes is announced and who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Hearst Communications Inc., FLAUSA, Alamo, AirTran Airways, The Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables, Florida, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising/promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, outside of the U.S. and where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

How to Participate: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM ET on February 5, 2004 and ends on 11:59PM ET on April 5, 2004. To enter, see business reply card in this issue, visit www.ghtravel.com, or send in a 3.5" x 5" card with your name, address, and phone number to: FLAUSA, P.O. Box 1741, Sandusky, OH 44871-1741. One entry per person. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsors by telephone. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter online. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software, or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to void any entries of an entrant whom Sponsors believe has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected by Good Housekeeping in a random drawing on or about April 15, 2004, from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by telephone. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes: One (1) winner and a guest will receive a five-night stay at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida; round-trip airfare and six day car rental valued at approximately $3,300

All taxes on prizes and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize except by Sponsors due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of issuance of prize notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If a winner cannot be contacted for any reason within ten (10) business days of drawing, is ineligible, fails to claim his or her prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Releases within the required time, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random. By participating, entrants agree that: 1) Released parties may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) Released parties, and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advisors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
